Payments
We accept all credit cards payments in our secure checkout.  At check out you will be forwarded to our secure page.

Shipping
The Atelier Handmade offers free regular shipping and handling on orders through our website only to the USA.  All items will be shipped USPS after payment has been made. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
International buyers: Please contact me via email for shipping costs.  Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy and enjoy you purchase from us. If you receive something and you would rather to select another item, or prefer a refund, please send me an  email message within 2 days. You can contact me using our contact page, additional contact information can be found in your confirmation email and invoice.  In case a return is necessary, the shipping cost of the returned item to me will be the Buyer's responsibility. All items should be returned unused and/or unworn.  
**All personalized orders are final, no returns on personalized orders. If we make a mistake we will correct it, by sending you a replacement. No refunds.
For your safety, I recommend that any return made to me be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information.

Privacy Policy:
Your information will not be shared or sold under any circumstance.  You'll only receive emails from us to confirm your order, shipping information and if you opt-in for our mailing list.
